主要职责Main Responsibilities：

The main responsibility of the QE is to be sure that all the products made and delivered to the customers are conformed. In case of problem, the QE have to work with people from other departments.

To reach the target of 0 defect, the QA must have an overview of the process production and all the processes needed to make a good product for the customers. To succeed in this mission, the QE:

- must ensure that instructions and control plan are respected

- inspects regularly Quality record (SPC, Poka-Yoke…)

- reacts in case of deviation

- takes the responsibility to stop a production line if needed

- is able to make a root cause analysis using 8D method in case of claims

- manage a working group to solve problem happening in the workshop

- Follows the continuous improvement action plan (PDCA)

辅助职责Secondary Responsibilities：

The QE has to work and support the Quality in the process of others activities.

During customer’s audit, QE must support the Quality manager. QE can also work with Quality system engineer or the supplier quality engineer to increase the organization and the quality of the raw material.

The QE works with the Project Quality Engineer to prepare industrialization of new products.

任职资格Qualifications：

· Bachelor degree in Quality

· Experience in manufacturing facility. (the best would be 4 years in automotive industry)

胜任能力Competency Skills：

§ Quality Management System

§ Flow-Chart, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PDCA, Action Plan, 8D

§ Mechanical engineering background, Heat-treatment and assembly activity

§ Team leadership

§ MS Office

§ English speaking

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
