Duties and Responsibilities
Support on new product development and its smooth transition to mass production i.e.
1. Support product release, cost reduction, product transfers and cross qualification projects.
2. Provide technical support in EON, yield & parameter analysis at AP factories and subcons.
3. Product characterization, data & curves for product datasheets, product release and sample.
4. Support IMR/ITR, test program and BOM setup at AP factories.
5. Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to new product development, test program and hardware development.
6. Support on-shore engineers on test methodologies/hardware development.

Qualifications
1. BSEE or equivalent with 5 to 10 yrs test or product engineering experience in Functional Power, Power Management or Analog IC (including multi-chip) or related products.
2. Good working knowledge on lab equipment setup and experience on Eagle, Credence/TMT ASL1000, or other Analog IC testers is preferred. Good communication skills - verbal and written.
3. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations.
4. People management and project management skills. Results/goal oriented.
