职位描述
岗位职责
1、负责注塑车间日常管理工作；
2、计划、协调、控制生产过程；
3、根据客户的需求相应地调整生产计划及组织；
4、确保产品按时按质地发送给客户；
5、确保注塑机以及设备及时并高效地生产，采取有效地措施改进产品的质量，发展并提高生产流程，最优化地使用人工。
任职资格
1、高中以上学历；
2、2年以上注塑主管经验或3年以上工作经验；
3、熟悉注塑工艺，熟知各种通用注塑材料特性，熟知模具结构和维护，懂注塑机维护和产品调试；
4、具有较强的管理能力，遇事沉稳。
