Require

- University graduate in Business Administration, English, Secretarial, German or related major;

- Mature, cooperative, intelligent, responsible;

- Proficient in Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc;

- Excellent English speaking and written skills, German speaking is preferred;

- Knowledge of finance and cash work will be a plus.

Job Description

- Be responsible for overall administrative affairs in office and factory area;

- Communicating with executive team members and handling related translation work;

- Capable for public relations maintaining and legal affairs executing;

- Cash dealing and finance work cooperating and follow-up;

- HR related work;

- Sales and Marketing assisting, materials sourcing and purchasing;

- Keep track of the General Manager's personal affairs upon request.
