Responsibilities:

1. Deal with the daily emails related to foreign trade ( answer inquiry and other emails), keep in touch with customers oversea by e-mail, telephone, etc.
2. Follow customers' orders, cooperate with the production department and check with the production process, shipping arrangement, confirm the delivery of payment with the customers and the transport company.( main products are the garments accessory including woven labels, hang tags and tickets etc. ).
3. Cooperate with colleagues who are in charge of customs clearance declaration of the bonded goods, and help them deal with some customs clearance documents. Make sure the clients receive the goods in time.
4.Operate the shipment details, create the customers, sales orders, proforma invoice, and shipping list etc. At the end of every week and month, make some statistical forms about the shipping and stock details for other department's reference.

Candidate Requirements

1. Education major in International Trading or International logistics or related subject.

2. Minimum 3 years International Trading working experience;

3. Good communication experience with different vendors;

4. Problem solving, good negotiation and customer service mind-set

5. Positive and outgoing, good team member

6. Good in written English with proper spoken English capability in the relevant service experience

7. Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, experience in SAP B1 or similar ERP system is a plus
