岗位职责：

1.设备到厂时，对其进行验收，确保符合要求。

2.为各设备制定操作说明及安全守则。

3.对公司电力使用进行检查和监督。

4.对厂房使用进行状况进行检查。

5.制定设备保养要求和计划，并监督该行动的执行。

6.为维护成型机和其它生产设备提供技术指导。

7.维护公司的通用设施，确保其正常运行。

8.就设备维修的问题，与供应商保持联络。

9.维持恰当的备件库存水平。

10.配合相关部门作技术培训。

11.完成上级分配的其它任务。

12.提出零配件的采购申请。

13.提出设备外部维护申请。

14.就违反安全守则的行为发出书面警告。

15.向过程工程师提出有关模具、设备和机械维护方面的建议。

技能要求：

1、高中或中专以上学历，有技工证或电工证

2、三年以上注塑企业同等职位工作经验

3、认真诚实，责任心强，良好的团队协作能力
