Head of BD (Mainland China, Luxury fashion)
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for developing the business of department stores and shopping malls, carrying out the whole process of development, connection, negotiation and implementation with the department store or shopping mall.
-Draft the reports or files related to business negotiation, effectively carry out the business talk, contract management, assist to check the contract with the legal department.
-Responsible for Market research and analysis, research the current situation of the same industry or field, make sure the core areas of the Market development; Timely forecast the market and analyze the information, support to the decision of the company.
-PR relationship with the department store.
QUALIFICATIONS
Chinese nationality preferred (should be able to communicate in English)
- 10 years or more experiences as retail developer
- Rich luxury retail developing experience in person(must be proven luxury brand) - should prove acknowledgeable performance
- Retail developing experience in our 20 target store list
- Be able to develop flagship stores - both shanghai and Beijing
- Know well about the department store resources in Guangdong Province preferred
- Must have strong relationship with landlords of dept. stores and shopping mall
