THE ROLE:

Our GPU Product line, Radeon Technology Group, MM IP team is looking for a verification engineer in modeling field that will work on ISP IP verification of cutting-edge AI/HPC GPU projects.

THE PERSON:

· Eager to learn new knowledge, be able to resolve complex problem

· Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced, pressure filled environment

· Flexible in terms of responsibilities and hours

· Good people and project management skills and organized and methodical with proven ability to plan and execute

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Participate in ISP IP DV feature and architecture definition

· Implement ISP IP DV functions including Infrastructure, Methodology, tools, Modeling, functional / formal verification, High level Synthesis (HLS), Emulation/FPGA Acceleration,

· Perform verification TLM modeling

· Perform coverage (code and functional), debugging/Analysis

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

· 10+ years of proven experience of the latest design verification methodology and practices

· Strong C++ skill and modeling (including architecture verification and performance modeling)

· Deep understanding in compile/link/computer architecture

· Good knowledge of SystemC and TLM in particular

· Good knowledge of Functional coverage in conjunction with constrained random

· Exposure to ESL methodologies (e.g. IP-Xact, high level register and connectivity descriptions)

· Familiar with the latest languages such as SystemVerilog, UVM, Ruby, SystemC/C++

· Exposure knowledge of FPGA based design acceleration

· In depth knowledge of ASIC design fundamentals.

· Proven debugging and problem analysis skills.

· Strong documentation and communication skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

· BS/MS/Ph.D. degree of Microelectronics, Computer Science or an equivalent major
