岗位描述：

  

1. 负责SoC芯片从需求导入、立项、软硬件设计与验证、流片、测试到芯片交付验收各个环节的计划制定、工作协调和进度管控；

  

2. 负责下面实施过程中的风险有效识别和判定，定期对项目执行进行总结、反馈和汇报；

  

3. 负责项目团队建设，项目执行有明确的目标和结果导向，激励团队保持良好的工作状态；

  

4. 负责项目对外合作方的协调沟通，解决客户需求和问题，外协任务沟通推进等具体事宜，确保项目正常进行；

  

  

岗位要求：

  

1. 三年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历；

  

2. 有多个量产SoC芯片项目管理经验，熟悉SoC芯片开发过程；

  

3. 具备优秀的内外部沟通协调能力，擅于项目计划制定、风险管控和用户需求引导；

  

4. 乐观开朗，能有效激励团队保持良好工作状态；

  

5. 具备SoC芯片硬件前端设计、架构制定经验者优先。
