职责描述：

1、制定和完善公司会计核算制度、财务管理制度等规章制度，并进行财务监督和管理；

2、负责公司整体的财务筹划与规划工作、财务评审、财务分析及财务模型管理；

3、全面预算管理、资源配置管理；

4、财务授权管理、表外负债管理；

5、负责公司及年度财务决算及财务报表审计工作；

6、负责公司税收筹划与管理，协调和维护税务机关关系；

7、配合资金管理部做好资金计划管理工作；

8、负责公司财务信息系统建设与维护。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，财务、会计相关专业；

2、有半导体相关行业同岗位财务管理经验或有上市公司财务主管经验；

3、熟悉掌握国家财税等相关法律法规，有良好的组织管理、沟通协调和财务分析能力；

4、参与过较大的投资项目的分析、论证和决策者优先；

5、工作严谨细致，沟通能力强。
