工作职责：

1. 提供对MCU/Crypto/DSP/FPGA/SOC等产品线的技术支持。

2. 提供产品软硬件解决方案，其中包含原理图PCB设计以及相关软件支持。

3. 负责芯片手册、用户手册以及相关应用文档的撰写，提供参考设计。

4. 负责客户项目的日程、进度、问题、协调管理。

5. 针对客户在应用中遇到的问题提供现场以及远程支持，提供相关技术培训。

6. 推广公司的相关芯片产品，提供量产方案的落地支持。

7. 调研竞争产品，提供技术分析总结报告。

8. 跨部门沟通协作，为平行部门提供相关的技术信息汇总。

职位要求：

1. 211及以上重点院校毕业，本科或以上学历，熟悉芯片行业；

2. 8年以上芯片行业经验，具备相关的技术研发背景，3年以上客户支持岗位经验；

3. 具备良好的问题解决能力、动手能力、沟通能力、跨部门协调能力、团队管理能力以及丰富的量产方案经验；

4. 熟悉MCU/DSP/SOC等产品线的软硬件开发以及调试；

5. 熟练使用常见EDA工具， Cadence/Mentor/Altium/等；

6. 了解常见SOC架构，熟悉UART、I2C、SPI等常规底层硬件接口设计以及通信协议；

7. 熟练使用各种实验室仪器以及相关Debug工具；

8. 具备芯片技术支持工程师、芯片系统工程师、研发工程师、客户支持等经验者优先；
