2、具有至少三年以上设计经验，有手绘功底。
3、熟练掌握photoshop、coreldraw等图形设计软件。
4、擅长服饰平面图及印花设计，有丰富的创意和美感。
5、具有极强设计创意理念，面料工艺、服饰搭配及色彩运用等相关专业技能。
6、敏锐的市场洞察力，准确把握国际市场动向和流行趋势。
7、以专业眼光、功能性和时尚元素为设计基础，确保设计满足公司产品在国际市场的定位。
8、有良好的沟通协调能力，工作条理清楚、责任性强、富有团队精神。
