 工作要求Job  Requirements 

1.  汽车行业QE五年以上工作经验.；有5年以上注塑行业经验  Above five years experience in quality management in Auto industry; Have five years experience in molding industry; 

2.  精通注塑生产工艺；Skillful at the molding process 

3.  能读懂图纸 know the product drawing well 

4.  熟悉汽车行业五大工具PPAP, APQP, SPC， MSA， PFMEA；  Be familiar with the TS and PPAP\APAP\SPC\MSA\FMEA 

5.  精通8D, 5why, 鱼骨图等质量工具并具有良好的逻辑分析能力  Be familiar with the quality tools such as8D\5why\fish bone, good logic analysis skills 

 6.  需要具有一定的GD&T 知识  Know the GD&T knowledge 

 7.  良好的解决问题、人际交往及协调能力。  Good skills about the problem solving and coordinate ability    

岗位职责 Job Responsibility 

 1.      做好量产产品质量管控,降低客户投诉,避免发生重大质量问题； Do mass production product quality control, reduce customer complaints, avoid serious quality issue 

 2.      确保客户的工具、方法和要求被很好的执行并跨部门与其他部门合作；         Ensure that the tools, methods and requirements of our clients are very good execution and cross-sectoral cooperation with other departments 

 3.      支持客户工厂审核，完成年度过程审核工作及分层审核工作；         Support customer audit, finish the annual process audit and layer-audit task 

 4.      分析改进注塑质量，提升合格率，改善注塑过程Analysis and improve molding quality issue.Help to improve internal PPM ；Strengthening the management of injection molding process 

 5.      负责工厂内可疑品的判定，监控内部返工按要求执行；         Responsible for the judgement on nonconforming parts in plant and monitor internal rework execution

 6.      定期维护控制计划、检验指导书等； Update control plan ,inspection instructions,etc. 

 7.      质量检验人员的培训，质量控制系统维护； Train the PQC in plant, optimization in quality control system 

 8.      分析并处理生产线质量问题，降低内部报废及返工损失；     Analysis and handle quality issue in production line, reduce the internal scrap and rework waste 9.      对关键产品进行过程能力研究 Study process capability on key products 

 10.    处理客户投诉并下发质量警报，成立8D小组预防问题发生；     Handle customer complaints and release quality alert, set up 8D group to prevent problems 

 11.    支持注塑产品OTS认可     Support for injection production OTS approval 

 12.    参与新项目开发阶段质量策划工作，配合Launch team处理项目阶段的质量事宜；         Participate in new project APQP, cooperate with launch team in Quality function 

 13.    负责对售后索赔件进行统计分析处理；Analyze the warranty return parts; 

 14.    参与新项目开发阶段质量策划工作，配合Launch team处理项目阶段的质量事宜；Attend the quality planning in the new project development, deal with the related quality issues with launch team;  

 15.    开展产品PTC特性的识别及供应商传递；Pass through character identification and transfer to supplier for control; 16.    建立和维护量产产品手册（原理说明、工艺流程、质量履历）和缺陷分析故障树的标准化;Create and maintain the product handbook(principle description\process\quality record) and failure tree analysis standardization;   

 17.    完成上级交办的其它工作;
