工作要求Job  Requirements 

 1、 高、中专以上学历，3年以上的注塑成型工作经验； High school above with over 3 years injection molding working experience. 

 2、 熟悉ABS+PC,PA6+30%GF,POM,PBT等常用注塑材料性能； Be familiar with material like ABS+PC,PA6+30%GF,POM,PBT etc plastic material performance. 

 3、 能熟练操作2种以上注塑机（德马格，威猛）及Sepro, Willttmann机械手. Good to operate over 2 kinds of molding machine (Demag,Wittmannn,etc.) and Spero, Willttmann robots.; 

 4、 具有相关设备注塑机、机械手、模温机等机台维修保养经验2年以上 Over 2 years maintenance experience on molding machine/mold temperature controller/Manipulator

 5、 能科学的设置各注塑机的注塑参数，并有一定的模具知识； Good at molding machine parameter set up with relate mold knowledge as well； 

 6、 良好沟通能力，适应性强； Good communication skill and work hard under pressure.          

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 协助新项目的试制与量产及过程中的机台调试, 进行产品打样；
2. sist to new product trial run, and support the mold machine debugging to inject out the products.
3. 根据模具及产品特性进行注塑过程中注塑机参数的设置、优化，生产出合格产品；
4. Molding machine parameter set up during injection process according to characteristic of mold and products.
5. 机台机械手调试，能够正常合理进行产品抓取；
6. Manipulator debugging to make sure the robot could pick up the product in normal;
7. 针对生产过程中的注塑不良进行系统分析，提出应对解决方案；
8. alysis on molding reject parts and work out corrective solution as well;
9. 协助进行生产流程的持续优化及改善，以达成相关要求（质量、成本、交付等）；
10. sist on continuous improvement for manufacturing process with achievements on Quality/Cost/Delivery etc.
11. 生产过程中的变化及时进行文件更新，并对文件进行规范管理；
12. Molding documents updated in time once changes in process, and make sure the documents under control.
13. 培训注塑操作员工，确保员工清晰理解相关要求并按要求进行规范操作；
14. lding operator training to make sure operator understand and follow the SOP clearly.
15. 上级安排的其他工作；
