Job Purpose
? This role is a HR business partner, someone work with District Manager or Center management team to support them from HR advise perspective on team capability building, performance management, culture & engagement and retention according to the short, mid and long term DE business development needs.
? The purpose of the role is to insure every Disney English Learning Center have flawless and consistent execution of national HR strategies and planning to provide an high engaging and performing organization environment to cast members.

Responsibilities Foster Strong HR Execution
? Cooperate with SSC and center managers to ensure HR practices in the centers are in line with HR Policy & Process, workplace compliance and any other national or local labor law and regulations.
? Drives the implementation of company HR policy, process, programs through communicating and supporting the center management team.
? Works with management team to support centers in the cluster and to execute national initiatives such as performance management, culture development, communication and engagement, talents development etc..
? And provide input to national HR team members for the effectiveness of HR initiatives & programs execution. .
? Business needs understanding & support
? Advise District Manager and Center Managers to review center environments and key people including turnover rate, incentive achievement rate, engagement score, talent succession planning etc. within the area to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to take action and achieve business goals.
? Partner with district manager and center Managers to create and implement timely solutions with the support of national/regional HR team.
? Off consultation and HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of relevant centers including:
? Manpower planning and turnover management
? Employee engagement & performance management
? Working environment building
? Talent management & Succession Planning
Main KPIs (including but not limited to)
? Share responsibility in
? Turnover Rate
? Engagement score
? Policy/process compliance rate
? Project timeline and aligned target measurement
Basic Qualifications ? Minimum 3+ years HR generalist experience in multi-national company i.e. FMCG, Retail or service business
? Fluent English speaker
? Strong business acumen
Preferred Qualifications ? Hands on HR experience in multi-location business is a plus
Required Education ? Bachelor degree or above required
