 1、Develop new customer and create new opportunity on    existing customers with new technology or process.

      开发新客户和利用新技术和工艺在现有的客户来创造新的机会。 

2、 Develop and maintain assigned    Segment/Accounts;

      负责发展与维护被委派的客户群/客户； 

3、 Assisting the BU Director on Marketing    assignments；

      协助业务单元总监完成营销的工作；

4、 Individual to manage and drive company to fulfil    assigned business unit's accounts needs; Leading and review any commercial    contracts negotiation;

      能独力管理并驱动公司去满足委派的单元内的客户需求；主导及检阅各类型商务合约谈判； 

5、 Obtain customer needs and demands to feedback to    the plants (incl. all regular forecasting);

      找出客户祈望需求与及生产需求，并反馈给生产部（包括所有定期需求预测）； 

6、 Individual follow up quotation from RFQ till    closing;

      能独立跟进报价，从报价要求直至确认下单； 

7、 Individual keep track the project development    status is following company commitment;

      能独立跟进项目进度与状态，确保项目一直保持在公司承诺范围之内；

8、 Assist superior to prepare sales plans, strategies and budgets;

协助上级拟订销售计划、策略与预算；

9、 Tracking all contracts execution and make sure we    fullfill contract commitment

      跟踪合同执行，确保公司按合同承诺履行作业； 

10、 Tracking all respective department achieve company    commitment toward Business Unit's Accounts

      追踪各部门达成对应业务单元客户的各项承诺指标； 

11、 Execute the agreed sales plans & strategies    according to approved budgets;

      按已核准的预算来执行销售计划及策略；

12、 Other departmental works assigned by    superior

      由上级指派的各项部门工作； 

13、 Coach and develop the team in Business Unit;

      带领并建立业务单元团队；     

任职资格：

1、University graduated， preferred in engineering or polymer;

2、Fluent in speaking and written English (CET6 or above is preferred) and    Mandarin (Chinese);Fluent in German is plus;
