Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：

1.Responsible for providing emergency and preventive mechanical maintenance under the supervision of Maintenance Technician Leader to ensure normal operation of equipments

在维修组长的监督下，负责提供日常的应急性、预防性的电气与机械维修，以保证产线设备正常运行

-Be first on the scene when equipment failure happened,use appropriate tool to analyse and find out the cause of the failure and carry out maintenance in time.

在故障发生的***时间到达现场，运用合适的工具查找，分析故障的原因并进行维修。

-Responsible for conducting related maintenance preventive work according to schedule.

根据计划安排，负责执行相关定义性的维护保养工作。

-Responsible for recording all intervention maintenance work

负责对所有干预性维修工作，进行相关的文件记录。

-Accomplish shift work and work problem point handover before daily commute

在每日的上下班前做好交接班工作以及工作处理的问题点交接。

2. Responsible for recording abnormal cause of equipment failure,participate in related department meetings,propose and implement feasible improvement plan aimed at improving quality,reliability and maintainability of maintenance.

在日常工作中记录设备故障和异常原因，参与部门相关会议，提出并执行可行的改善方案，提高维修的质量、 可靠性和可维护性

3. Definite spare parts requirement for maintenance,inform supervior the condition of inventory when necessary,aimed at meeting supply demand;confirm the information of spare parts and acceptance.

4. 定义维修所用备件需求，必要时通知上级库存状况以满足供应需求；并对备件信息进行确认以及备件验收等工作。

5. Other task assigned by department head

其他由部门负责人或组长分派的工作任务。

Requirements 要求:

-Graduate from technical secondary school or above, electrical automation, electromechanical, mechanical automation or other related majors would be preferred.

  

中专以上学历，电气自动化，机电，机械自动化等相关专业***。

-More than three years relevant working experience in factory equipment maintenance.

3年以上工厂设备维修相关工作经验。

  

-Master essential knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc

掌握电气、机械、液压、气动等基本知识。

-Familiar with Siemens PLC and can use this tool to solve the common breakdowns.

了解西门子PLC，会使用此工具的查询功能并解决一些常见故障
