MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is preferable. MBA a plus.
2.Basic understanding of Finance, Accounting, Statistics and Qualitative analysis
3.At least 5 years experience in business analysis, reporting and making presentation for managers
4.Able to work and communicate with different level of management and diverse types of people
5.Able to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment which requires great flexibility and adaptability
6.Can handle difficult situations and work under time constraints
7.Good analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
8.Excellent spoken and written English skills
9.SAP, Hyperion or Oracle
10.VB and Macro skills a big plus
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
1.Provide financial information and analysis to support management decision-making focusing on business performance, profitability, efficiency and cost management
2.Perform monthly variance analysis and explaining actual results compare to budget, prior year and forecast
3.Prepare and consolidate management and regional reports on a weekly and monthly basis
5.Perform ad hoc business and financial analysis to support business initiatives
6.Monitoring and analyzing business and market information from public and internal sources covering competitors' movement, market potential and trends
