Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Administrator is an integrated member of Management Information Technology and System (MITS) Office and is responsible for the internal support to staff, students, which include –

1. Provide first line support in IT Service Center, deal with IT inquiries and issues.
2. Provide onsite, phone, ticket system support for staff and students, and act as coordinator to cooperate with back-end support team (Infrastructure / Application team etc.) to solve problem.
3. Handle all telephone calls to the IT Service Center, log the reported incident with appropriate information into the ticket system.
4. Interface with HR, CMO etc. to manage the staff enrollment/change/leaving.
5. Print staff/student ID cards and maintain card information.
6. Responsible for editing and updating department documents, including User Guide, department notice and IT FAQ etc.
7. Responsible for maintaining department WeChat public account and publishing WeChat articles.
8. Responsible for managing and maintaining IT assets.
9. Perform any other worked related tasks assigned by the University.

Qualifications

Skills and Knowledge

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
2. Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
4. Knowledge of IT equipment such as PCs, telephone, network, Printing etc.
5. Experiences in helpdesk.
6. Willingness to learn in an international university environment.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor Degree or above, Major in English or Computer Science is a plus.
2. Oversea education background or working experiences would be a plus.
