• 定期从客户处收集售后件和相关数据

• 熟练掌握售后件分析流程和设备

• 确认售后退回件并登记

• 可以对售后问题进行初步原因的分析，在工程师的指导下查出根本原因

• 与生产部或供应商管理部门完整传递不良信息并跟踪

• 有需要时拜访客户或经销商

• 支持售后质量工程师完成其他售后事宜

  

• Collect warranty parts & data from customer regularly

• Familiar with warranty parts analysis procedure & equipment

• Inspect the warranty returned parts and do registration

• Do initial analyze for failure parts, and find the root cause, get support from engineer

• Deliver the defect information to PR or SQ, and follow up the progress

• Visit customer or dealer if necessary

• Support warranty engineer for other warranty issues

• Under compliance requriement of company

• Execute the safety duties of this position

• Tasks from immediate supervisor

能力要求：

  

• 熟悉汽车行业的标准/质量工具，如SPC, CP,pareto等

• 熟悉形位公差知识

• 具有一定的英文基础

• 掌握基本的办公软件，如excel，word，powerpoint

• 具有客户导向意识，逻辑思维能力，积极的工作态度

  

• Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. SPC, Control plan,  paroto.

• Familiar with GD&T.

• Basis in English is needed

• Need abilities for microsoft office, e.g. excel, word, powerpoint

• Knowledge related about IATF16949 and ISO14001, ISO45001 and secondary safety standardization.

• Customer oriented, persistent, right attitude, proactive, logical.
