Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the Product & Margin Management Program in the relevant sBUs ？ Support the Product & Margin Management project leaders in the implementation & delivery of the projects within a sBU. ？ Data gathering, validation and processing for analysis into easy-to-comprehend insights. ？ Adapt Product & Margin Management tools to specific sBU requirements ？ Identify Product & Margin opportunities ？ Lead/run specific Product & Margin Management breakout sessions in sBU workshops
Support the embedding of the Product & Margin Management Program in AkzoNobel ？ Build out the Product & Margin Management capability based on new insights and through adoption of Product & Margin Management way of working ？ Identify, report and discuss key issues and develop action plans with the Product & Margin Management Project Leaders and Project Director

Requirements:
Education ？ University Degree / Graduate in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering ？ Further education (Masters, MBA) is an advantage but not mandatory ？ Background in Supply Chain is a pre
Skills/Experience ？ Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and working with and understanding analytical tools ？ Solid background in business analysis ？ Proven project management experience ？ Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, end-to-end from through to implementation and delivering results ？ 3+ years working experience
Personal Profile ？ Proactive, robust and pragmatic approach ？ Must be a good networker with good people skills ？ Essential to have good level of communication skills ？ Willingness and interest to travel ？ Attention to detail
