• 设计生产设备相关夹具或设备；
• 配合改进现有的夹具和设备；
• 执行公司标准设备制造和改进设备标准；
• 跟踪设备加工和制造；
• 负责设备报价和制造流程；
• 配合制定设备年度维护计划和维护方法；
• SAP 系统管理设备；
• 根据国际标准对所有的设施进行安全测试、技术文件（管理）、结构检查；
• 配合制定设备运行规范以及维修维护指南，保证设备得到的正确使用和维护；
• 工作内容符合公司合规要求；
• 主管指定的其他工作。 

能力要求：

• 大学本科及以上，机械设计，机电一体化，工业自动化，经验丰富可专科学历。

• 5年以上制造工程相关经验，有设备设计经验的优先，负责整个工厂内部工装夹具和生产线的机械设计和制造，并组织采购。

• 熟练使用MS Office软件(Word, Powerpoint, Excel)和AUOTCAD. 能独立工作，有工装设备设计和管理经验；

• 3D 设计软件（AUTOCAD,CATIA,）

• 熟悉设备控制原理；

• 熟悉设备防错方法和传感器应用；

• 团队合作为导向及多任务导向；

• 熟悉非标设备制造流程，了解电气控制和机械原理；

• 5年相关领域的工作经验，

• 熟悉与汽车领域相关的标准、质量工具，如IATF16949及ISO14001等；

• 英语读写熟练；
