Role Summary/Purpose

The FP&A Manager will lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, including FMP. The current Industrial Solutions Asia businesses include Electrical Distribution, Service Shops, and Repair Shops & Joint Ventures. It covers North Asia, China, Southeast Asia and Australia. This role reports to Asia CFO and provides financial decision support to IS Asia Region Executives and Asia business teams.

Essential Responsibilities

•Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis activities for a business of $400 MM revenue, covering Greater China, Southeast Asia, Australia, and North Asia. •Partner with business leaders to set forth performance measurement matrix,, nail down short/long term strategies and identify action plans to achieve these targets. •Lead and coordinate to establish pole and function financial budgets. •Lead financial analysis to provide insights to external business environments (e.g. foreign exchange, commodity price and etc.) and operation performance (e.g. growth, profitability, case flow and etc.) •Drive healthy working capital management to lower capital cost and ensure company cash safety •Co-lead monthly/weekly operation meetings with CEO/CFO to drive execution on business plan •Ensure pole reporting data accuracy and transparency •Lead Joint Venture financial reviews so as to ensure JV profitability and company assets safety in JV

Qualifications/Requirements

•University graduate in accounting or finance •Fluent English both orally and in written •Clear thinking essential—sound business perspective •Good understanding of operational drivers •Capability to translate business strategy into action planning •Strong leadership skills and influence key decision making •Communication innovatively to ensure company strategies and plans are driven across the breadth and depth of the organization
