Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

- Work with all product line sales team on identifying vertical key accounts, majoring focus on metal/steel/mining/marine/municipal/petrochemical, etc. - Work on critical incremental business, develop cross-product line opportunities from key accounts from key verticals - Lead product line on vertical key accounts driving, management and solution providing. Be able to define solution look like: content, integration and pricing - Drive M&C business growth and customer relationship promotion thru Enterprise –Selling solutions - Work on generating incremental business opportunities, and reach business goal from vertical key accounts - Provide multi P&L proposal ownership from initial enquiry to deal closure and handover - Closely working with other GE BU being a team to achieve cross-selling, synergy and profitable growth

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Preferably Automation, Process Controls, Metrology, mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic. - Over 5 years’ experience in China industrial commercial & sales environment - Knows the China markets in metal/steel/mining/marine/municipal/petrochemical industries. - Solid project management especially on handling big projects - Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to develop relationship at all levels of customer organization. - Proactive work style with strong drive to achieve results. - Customer centricity with result-oriented mindset. - Experience in managing a sizable sales force in China. - Fluent in Mandarin and English (Spoken & Written).
