Essential Responsibilities

Lead a Projects Regional organization in support of Global Controls and Bently Nevada Operations to meet all financial and fulfillment commitments which includes: • Lead team of Regional Project Managers in meeting or exceeding as-sold project CM%; Ensure accurate Project financial and Milestone forecasting; Drive Change Order growth during Project execution; Leverage Margin Variance tools in support of Project / Business Margin tracking and analysis; Drive Project Schedule Milestone methodology; Proactively Lead optimizing businesses Cash position via PD Receivables resolution, minimizing unbilled Receivables, etc. • Ensure Regional / OS PM organization is adequately staffed and trained to support Customers / needs of business. • Develop and Mentor skills and knowledge of PM’s so that they can better support both Customers and OS. • Continually explore and support implementation of OS PM Best Practices through PM CoE offerings. • Actively support as required Region accurate use of SAP ERP Project Management system. • Ensure PM 100% compliance in use of all existing and new PM processes and associated tools. • Promote Project OTR Cross functional interaction and support in driving successful Project execution. • Promote continuous feedback of Lessons Learned and Best Practices into business. • Leverage EMS process to strengthen employee skills and performance and facilitate employee promotional opportunities. • Drive Compliance culture: 100% Training, Session D participation; PM EHS Training complete by 5/31.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors degree (engineering discipline preferred) • Highly experienced in Project Management methodology and processes • Proven leadership skills in a matrix organization • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities including thorough understanding of process improvement • Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and measurements • Good oral and written communication skills – fluent in English • Strong computer skills • Greenbelt certified (GE employees only) • 30% travel required

Desired Characteristics

• 5+ years experience in controls and/or turbine field • 2+ years experience in project management • Sales and/or customer interface experience • BB / MBB certification
