岗位职责：

The product specialist is a marketing role and will support PMC product marketing manager to manage PMC product portfolio in China, the preparation and presentation of supporting materials, marketing and manufacturing plans for achieving the growth target. The product specialist is the necessary resident expert of PMC product line or market segment, accessible to all internal and external contacts. The specialist will also work close with the sales team to grow the business in each segment.
1， Lead the process of value proposition and value pricing for the assigned product lines, and conduct competition analysis for the assigned product lines to grow both sales revenue and profit margin。
2， Support of sales growth objectives, through execution of sales programs, pricing structures, customer specific technical presentations and support, and production of technical data sheets or appropriate literature for the assigned product lines。
3， Collaborate with PMC global product portfolio team to formulate and implement marketing strategy for PMC products in China market, Initiate short and long term project/product plans, including sales, finance, and manufacturing, to grow marketing share for PMC products.
4， Collect and analyze feedback from market and customers, collaborate with product portfolio team in US to drive technical product development and product improvement, as well as cost out, thus strengthen the competitive edges for PMC products。
5， Develop or translate the new catalogues and marketing collaterals for the assigned product line and segments, collaborate with sales team and MC& MI team to promote PMC products, as well as solutions for each segment.
6， Compile assigned segment and product line performance data for supporting business reviews and decision making。
7， Coordinate with sales and WGQ Distribution Center to project future demand to sources plants, participate in SIOP to improve DOH and OTD。
8， Collaborate with AP marketing team, to conduct market analysis and compile reports, as well as implementing corporate marketing initiatives.

职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，机械相关专业；
2.英语读写熟练；
3.2年以上市场或产品管理相关工作经验；
4.较好的沟通能力；
5.较强的PPT制作及演讲能力；
6.液压工程师转型也可考虑。

合同期一年，上班地点外高桥，有免费班车及午餐。
