Summary:
This Job is to provide secretarial support and administrative assistance to the PCB business and ensure the smooth operations of the office of the PCB business.
Scope:
Responsible for handling and managing all administrative issues, and providing resolution and response for the REGIONAL BIZ MGR, POWER CONTROL, AP.
Essential Functions:
·Act as a single point of contact to the REGIONAL BIZ MGR, POWER CONTROL, AP for all administrative issues and provide resolution and response as appropriate;
·Plan/schedule REGIONAL BIZ MGR, POWER CONTROL, AP meetings/conferences;
·Maintain filing system for REGIONAL BIZ MGR, POWER CONTROL, AP including contact file in as paperless a manner as possible;
·Screen incoming calls and filter non-essential or non-business ones
·Take notes in staff meetings, etc.;
·Support for development of monthly PCB financial reports;
·Arrange/coordinate business and travel schedule of REGIONAL BIZ MGR, POWER CONTROL, AP in most efficient manner possible across a wide variety of time zones;
·Recommend and implement business process improvement activities to make REGIONAL BIZ MGR, POWER CONTROL, AP's work and agenda more efficient;
·Manage other special projects on an as-needed basis.
Education and Experience Requirements:
·Bachelor degree preferred
·Minimum 3 years of based secretarial/administrative experience
·Good administrative, communication and organization skills
·Good computer skills (ie: Microsoft Office suite, especially for Excel)
·Fluent English and Chinese
·Good interpersonal & communication skills
·In depth experience working with airline reservations a real plus
