The Role

With operational excellence and diversity as its cornerstones, Location Support is a dynamic, fast-paced global team tasked with providing regional support in a variety of critical activities including but not limited to administrative assistance, facility operations, travel management support, logistics & transport, procurement and vendor management tasks.

Reporting to the APAC Location Support Group Manager based in Singapore, this leadership role will be based in China, leading a diverse team which supports the China, Taiwan and Hongkong offices as well as work closely with our counterparts in the America and Europe regions

Responsiblities：

• Manage Location Support resources and monitor daily operations adhere to established guidelines, procedures and policies
• Supervision of the team to ensure consistent quality and effective response to meet customers’ needs against the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Assess work performance and provide guidance to meet goals and personal development
• Well-versed in established procedures and policies, recommend changes to improve efficiency and alignment to business direction

• Ensure smooth and adequate communication within the team and our stakeholders to evangelize Location Support business strategy
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with our stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve our business goals
• Recruitment, training of new hires and allocation of responsibilities
• Monitor and oversee team spending within the allocated budget
• Foster collaboration between your teams and their peers across the company through leadership and participation of functional/activity communities.
• Participate in Location Support Global projects to develop and implement strategic direction
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

• 1 - 3 years of experience in an operations management role and proven experience in remote management of a geographically dispersed team

• Analytical with project management, customer service, and communication skills.
• In addition to proven technical capabilities, the role requires strong and mature interpersonal skills and requires a significant amount of collaboration throughout all levels of the organization.
• Team player as well as a leader who works independently and show good judgment, decision-making, and initiative in a fast-paced, complex business environment
• Business Travel whenever appropriate
