QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor or above,biotechnology/engineering/materials science/biologyor related

2. Strong verbal, written and organizational skills in bothChinese&English

3. Solid and demonstrable documentation and reporting skills

4. Preferably 1~2 years withtechnical or projectmanagement experience in multinational company

5. Familiar withmedicaldevicerelatedregulations, materials science, developmentor process is a plus

6. Team work spirits, customer oriented, strong communication skills

7. Willing to travel within mainland China

8. Keen on continues learning 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Communicating innovative product/project opportunities to customers; Understanding customer needs to lead projects from start to realization; Utilizing internal project tools to evaluate and present new project opportunities to managerial level

2. Evaluate market demand and market potential; Assist headquarter to conduct new product strategy in China

3. Initiating and documenting project documentation, while coordinating with internal stakeholders

4. Monitor project schedule and scope to ensure both remain on track

5. Coordinate and support quality audit

6. Providing answers to customer raised technical, regulatory and quality related questions in frame of customer projects and after the product launch

7. Organize and implement product and project training for external and internal, responsible for product explanations, Q&A and other related technical support

8. Perform other duties assigned
