职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责设备设施（配送电设备除外）、消防器材的日常巡检，损坏的更替、安装、调试、运转和维修等工作。
2、负责日常的砖、木、瓦、水、电、焊等方面的小修小补工作。
3、负责所辖作业区设施设备的定期养护和现场卫生清洁工作，确保设备正常使用功能。
4、负责整理回收可再利用的废弃物资，进行整理归类和妥善保管。
5、负责租户和各部门的日常报修事项的处理。
6、协助处理各类突发性故障的抢修，对租户二次装修土木工程进行管理，并抓好现场有关装修规定的落实。
7、协助做好相关资产的日常管理工作。
经验及专业知识要求：
1、熟悉大楼物业运作（熟悉强电、弱电、空调、网络），具备一定钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识。
2、两年以上大楼物业同岗位工作经验。
3、能独立处理空调和焊接工作优先。
