工作职责：
积极参与跨部门合作，完善生产流程和各部门或岗位的衔接。
1、有效组织资源，完成实现生产计划所需的日常生产管理工作。
2、落实团队建设， 提升和强化执行力。
3、制定本部门开支计划，监督控制各项开支费用。
4、围绕实现公司总体目标，策划本部门及其成员绩效目标，有效实施KPI管理。
5、监督和管理生产部6S工作。
6、系统化管理和监督落实模具维护保养及维修按标准按流程执行。
7、协助管理和监督生产全过程产品品质和物料的领用， 使用和放置。
8、围绕实现公司总体目标，策划生产部及其成员绩效目标，有效实施KPI管理。
9、负责本部门质量体系和环境管理体系的有效运行，确保规定和流程的贯彻落实。
10领导解决工程技术难关，实现工艺和技术的创新，并保持持续改进。
