Role Summary/Purpose

A Channel Management Manager is responsible for the management and development of specific nominated distributor relationships. The objective is to execute channel strategy with high standard compliance requirement to support commercial team to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory.

Essential Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and business requirement • Provide quarterly indirect channel performance assessment to support business growth • Maintain an awareness of competitor channel strategy and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the management team. • Help business team to identify more suitable channel candidate and build robust channel system. • Conduct compliance training to dealer to help dealer to understand company requirement • Build the compliance culture in channel business and help GE channel partner to grow in the market

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education - university level degree Is minimum requirement• 8+ years sales or indirect channel management experience in healthcare industry • Experience understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies (knowledge of the existing account areas/channels would be advantageous).• Excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills• Strong presentation, data analytical and customer service skills• Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload• Ability to communicate using both in English and Mandarin
