Sr./MTS ASIC DESIGN ENGINEERING

THE ROLE:

Work with architect and software to identify SDMA micro-architecture/ RTL implementation,

Achieve high quality/low power design

THE PERSON:

• Good communication skill and fluent English
• Good team player and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong problem solving skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for RTL design and synthesis of part of system IP
• Achieve high frequency /low power design
• Run front-end integration flow (synthesis, LINT, DFT, etc.), deliver netlists with good quality.
• Work with RTL owner and physical design team on timing closure and report check.
• Take part in the RTL design of some system IP blocks. Learn the spec and implement in RTL. Work with verification engineer on debugging.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in synthesis, timing analysis and formal verification.
• Experience in ASIC or FPGA projects.
• Skilled in Verilog design.
• Familiar with front-end EDA tools and flows.
• Advanced programming knowledge on Perl, Tcl/tk, Makefile

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Master with 2+ (or Bachelor with 5+) years working experience in ASIC area
