Position Target & Main Responsibilities
Supports for a variety of activities in company HR & Administration Management such as staffing, people development, compensation, benefit, HR information system and admin. issues.
l Supports to execute annual processes such as Performance Management and People development.
l Supports to execute the recruiting activities and conduct the hiring process.
l Collect HR related data such as attendance, turnover rate, training hours, etc. and reviews data to assists with HR data analysis issues
l Analyzes trends and makes recommendations on work process improvements.
l Supports to prepare the HR reports and presentations base on the data analysis.
l Assist HR manager in creating and launching new programs aligned with HR strategy.
l Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
Basic requirements
l Bachelor degree and major in management, Human Resource, or psychology is a plus.
l Over 5 years experience in HR and at least 2 years HR generalist experience. Plant HR experience is a plus.
l Strong MS office Word, PowerPoint and Excel skill.
l Fluent English & solid labor law knowledge
l Problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to make appropriate decisions. Maintain focus and follow through on issues until resolved.
l Highly motivated, customer focused and can give quick feedback.
l Good Organization & business sense. Good communications skills.
