新进中国外资农化行业巨头公司Functional Planner
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Play a leading role in the development and continuous improvement of "Planning and Financial" processes for CN R&D consistent with Global R&D Crops and other regions as appropriate.
2. Assure proper Governance of agreed processes.
3. Gather, validate and analyze capacity supply and work demand data using agreed processes.
a. Develop and maintain resource demand requirements from Crop R&D Project Teams and Regional Functions.
b. Develop capacity supply protocols in terms of field and infrastructure, management and execution manpower, rolling stock and plant equipment, and other resources to support financial planning.
4. Functional scenario planning. In conjunction with the Territory R&D Head, develop and maintain the 3 and 5 year horizon plans to ensure strategic priorities are visible and properly resourced. Likewise, areas that have lower strategic priority are tensioned.
5. Communicate with project managers, project leads, function managers and portfolio management to share best practices, communicate R&D timelines, develop standard planning protocols, develop templates for project milestone reports, charter reports, etc. Manage change smoothly, engage and influence stakeholders to maximize the business outcome.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Critical Knowledge:
1. The position requires a minimum of a Masters degree (and/or equivalent experience) with demonstrated project management experience.
2. A comprehensive understanding of agricultural operations and a good understanding of agriculture R&D.
Critical Skills:
1. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
2. Ability to manage change, resolve conflict and gather momentum for projects to deliver results.
3. Ability to innovate and lead improvement initiatives.
4. Quantitative analysis skills.
5. Persistence and attention to detail.
6. Cultural awareness/sensitivity.
7. Strong organizational skills
8. Ability to work independently
Critical Experience:
1. Three to five years experience at a middle management level in the Agriculture industry, with good experience in project management, preferably in a Product Development or R&D structure with long-term projects and a complex matrix organization.
2. Extensive hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Project and PowerPoint).
3. Experience achieving results within set budget.
4. Portfolio management tools experience is a plus.
