新进中国外资农化行业巨头公司Assistant Technology Center Head
he major role of the ATCH is an important part of NTC (Nantong Technology Center). She/He is the conduit between technical employees and TCH. She/He carries out directives from TCH but also gives feedback and communication from the employee. Because She/He is the only part of an organization to interact both with employees and TCH. She/He requires a unique mix of skills and experience. The position of ATCH is important in NTC. The ability to lead, communicate and delegate is, however, excellent, flexible skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Assist the TCH coordinate daily work, and continually improve the management system, which shall be implemented after approval.
2.On behalf of TCH for purchasing management and cost control, such as purchase application check, payment, employee Concurs claim, and follow up, cost report and analysis, vendor management etc.
3.Maintain and keep office facilities and equipment in regular running, ensure all operation in NTC under company HSE standard.
4.Book flight and arrange travel schedule in key event for the Tech Center, and filter and screen incoming calls, visitors and documents.
5.Perform adequate secretarial supports to the Tech Center Head including talking minutes, drafting and composing letters and document, preparation of presentation materials, typing.
6.Arrange and schedules meeting/ appointment and coordinates special events & activities on behalf of TCH.
7.Work closely with other Corporate and functional department (Adm. HSE. HR. etc.)
8.Other ad hoc projects upon request by the Tech Center Head
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1.University graduates with min 2 years relevant working experience.
2.Must have excellent communication skill for spoken English &Chinese, TEM 8
3.Work independently and can handle confidential information. Ability to prioritize.
4.Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure and take ownership.
5.Familiar with relative law, regulation and policy from local government and company to treat complex issue flexibly. See changes as an opportunity.
6.Strong interpersonal & communication skills and logic thinking
7.Work experience in multination company with multi-cultural, multi-functional environment, strong decision making and problem solving
8.Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point, and e-mail.
9.Strong people oriented leadership skill and desire for personal/ professional growth
