岗位职责：

  

1、负责51job校园自媒体微博、微信以及其他平台运营。

  

2、能够根据用户需求、自媒体平台特点，独立完成新媒体等相关原创稿件的撰写，视频内容的产出以及排版发布。

  

3、保持与粉丝之间的良好互动，通过内容以及渠道实现自媒体平台的持续增粉，从粉丝互动中产生新的资讯内容。

  

4、策划并执行线上活动，协调设计团队完成相关设计工作。

  

5、通过分析新媒体平台运营数据，能够及时反馈问题，调整运营策略。

  

  

任职要求：

  

1、本科或以上学历，有1年相关工作经验，中文、新闻等相关专业优先。

  

2、有互联网思维，扎实的文字功底，热爱内容创作。

  

3、热衷当下流行的传播形式，善于抓住时事热点。

  

4、有成功的微博（必备）、微信公众平台（必备）及其他新媒体运营经验。

  

5、较强的自我驱动能力与执行力，善于沟通，理解能力强，性格开朗，有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神。
