POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

To communicate with internal and external stakeholders following marketing strategy, work as an expert to develop and deliver the medical science information and product portfolio to clinical customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责） · Develop independently flow cytometry (FCM) solutions, including the development of FCM panel, protocol and explanation of the immunological and medical implications. · Making clinical application-related materials and deliver speech in the medical education conference and internal training course. · Communicate closely with the clinical KOLs, cooperate and facilitate the FCM project. · Develop the solutions database to facilitate more sophisticated Key Opinion Leader relationship programs · Work closely and effectively with sales team to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of new product portfolio. · Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders · Comply with internal policies, procedures and related documents, and all external laws and regulations, ensuring these standards are observed in all product planning and execution activities. SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）

• He/she will have at least 5 years medical liaison/marketing/application experience in the multinational Medical/Scientific companies or Pharma in China.
• He/she will have the master’s degree or above education background in immunology or Clinical Medicine.
• He/she will be knowledgeable about the immunology and familiar with the advance of the clinical immunology progress and FCM.
• He/she will demonstrate excellent scientific or clinical training experience.
• He/she will have experience of work successfully and productively in cross functional teams.
• He/she will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• He/she will be fluent in English and Mandarin.

DESIRABLE（优先条件）

· Doctor’s degree major in the Immunology or Clinical Medicine (especially internal medicine).

· Proficient in operating flow cytometers

· Demonstrate a systematic strategic thinking capability
