职责描述：
-Data collection for demand forecast 协调市场预测和需求计划的数据收集
-Monthly sales forecast analysis and update, assistant local SNOP meeting try to improve sales forecast accuracy continuously. 月度销售数据分析整理，协助中国的S&OP meeting持续性的提高中国区销售预测率。
-Response for daily Sample Order management and operation -- allocation plan of products, batch mapping, e Control and minimize related scrap. 负责样品订单需求及订单的跟踪，产品的分配和批号匹配计划，控制和减少相关的报废。
-PO follow up for shipments协调产品实物流的相关环节，及补给订单管理。
-Daily sales estimation and follow up. Try to keep performance of LIFR above target.按照销售预测跟进计划进度确保月度销售完成打单出货, 始终使客户满意度超过设定的目标。
-Other project-based supports协助完成公司的其他发展项目

? 1-2 year experience in planning or supply chain related
