职责描述：
-Deliver lab application related training to our internal LS and external customers incl. KOP, advanced training, etc.
为内部技术支持和外部经销商及客户提供技术应用培训。
-Play as China LS expert with providing 2nd level support to field service and solving hard application issues, while submit the unsolved difficult issues timely to global to seek feedbacks and solutions.
作为中国区域应用技术专家，为区域提供二线支持，协助解决疑难问题，同时将未解决的问题及时提交全球总部寻求支持。
-Provide consultation to Technical Solution Center and support their development from Lab Service perspective
为TSC中心提供咨询和专业建议，并从实验室技术服务的角度支持其发展。
-By collecting training needs from the customers, independently optimize training contents so as to keep it effective and cutting-edge.
通过收集客户的培训需求和反馈，独立优化学习教案，保持培训内容的有效性和前沿性

任职要求：
-Medical Laboratory Major, bachelor degree or above
医学检验专业，本科及以上
-5 years and above working experience in MNC with customer facing roles like Sales, Lab Specialist, Marketing, etc. and in IVD industry is a plus
5年以上跨国医疗器械行业销售、实验室技术、市场等相关工作经验， 有IVD行业者优先
-Capable to deliver technical training, solid training experience and skill is preferred.
能够提供技术培训，有扎实培训经验和技能这优先
-Strong in interpersonal communication, PowerPoint skill.
良好的人际沟通能力，较强的PPT制作能力
-Fluent English skill in both written and oral.
