职位描述
Responbilities:
Client billing Prepare client invoices on a monthly as well as project basis
Revenue calculation Recognize revenue to GL & clients' ledger on a monthly basis. Make adjustments to accounts for any changes in clients' bill
AR collection Support Sales Team on the collection of AR issued
Reporting Complete revenue-related reports; Prepare various reports upon clients' request
Analysis Handle simple credit analysis
Client data maintenance Maintain clients' data to make sure every detail is UTD (billing rate, account manager, contract type, etc.)
Requirements:
Solid accounting knowledge. Holding a 'Certificate of Accounting Profession' is perferred
1 Year+ experience in AR collection & credit control/analysis
Strong command of English communication skills, both in written & in oral
Good command of Microsoft Office skills, especially of Excel
Hard-working, be responsible & team-oriented
