What you will do
You will be based at the Johnson Controls APAC headquarters, responsible for all Talent Acquisition Operation related matters in the region, including but not limited to, requisition management, Taleo trouble shooting and reporting.

How you will do it
1) Requisition Management:
Responsible for creating all contingent worker (including intern) Requisitions:
Collect hiring request from requesters and validate all details are correct according to defined guidelines.
Create Requisition in Taleo according to provided requisition details and related guidelines, Set up approval chain according to provided requisition details and related guidelines, and route for approvals in Taleo.
Requisition change management

2) Taleo support and data audit
Act as focus point between APAC SMEs, recruiters and Global HR enablement team, play the role of Taleo system expert to provide timely system support to all regional Taleo users.
Prepare training material to Taleo users when necessary.
Follow global TA ops data audit result, identify recruiter behavior and knowledge gap, assist regional director and TA manager to ensure corrections and improvement;
Conduct regional customized data audit and follow up as per requirement.
3) Reporting and Data Analysis
Support the generation and release of regular Hiring dashboard and reports based on Global report.
Support on strategic Hiring project, deliver timely hiring status tracking dashboard, e.g. service, sales, project ops, transformation and etc.
Support on charge back data audit and analysis
4) Process optimization and global project
Participant in global optimization project together with Ops manager representing APAC, including Montage, Background screening, Fluid recruiting, application, referral and etc.
Support to drive APAC KPI – Performance transparence project

What we look for
BA/BS is a must, with a major in Data Analytics and Human Resources as a plus.
Related experience in MNC environment is highly preferred.
Previous experience in the Talent Acquisition function and knowledge of recruitment process is highly preferred.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
Able to interact with all level of staff and work well in a team environment.
Must be very detail-oriented and have a strong ability to be multitasking.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in applicant tracking system (ATS). Knowledge in Taleo will be a plus.
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Able to manage confidential information
