Job Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for the operation in SAP system on MM and WM level, trouble shooting,

  

ensure stock accuracy.

  

在SAP系统中维护MM和WM模块，处理相关问题，确保库存准确。

  

2. Follow up goods receipt and incoming checking for purchased orders / packaging material

  

/ samples, etc, ensure goods receiving timely and exactly at SAP.

  

确保系统准确及时入库（采购订单，包材，样品等）。

  

3. Instruct all warehouse operators for picking & packing, put away, stock transfer within

  

warehouse or between 2 warehouses, improve onsite process accuracy and efficiency.

  

指导仓库操作人员取货，包装，上架，移库（库内或库间）等工作，提高现场工作的准确率和效率。

  

4. Goods issue in SAP by standard process.

  

系统内标准发货操控。

  

5. Maintain the relevant records and documents according to auditing policy.

  

按照审计要求妥善归档相关文档和文件记录。

  

6. Communicate with local transportation companies, release shipping orders for domestic

  

delivery based on delivery notes from customer service team, follow up the local

  

transportation to ensure on time delivery.

  

根据客服部门的发货要求释放发货指令给运输服务商，妥善沟通确保及时送货。

  

7. Follow up logistics complaints from customers, tracking & tracing the issue until it is

  

fixed.

  

妥善处理客户投诉，跟踪查找问题原因并加以解决，提高客户满意度。

  

8. Schedule the cycle count and ensure the implementation, rigorous handle the inventory

  

adjustment, archive all of relevant supporting documents properly.

  

合理组织安排盘点，严谨对待差异调整并保留相关凭证。

  

9. Follow the safety policy ensure all operators working in the safe environment within

  

warehouse and implement safety policy.

  

严格履行安全操作规范，保证仓库的安全，健康的操作环境。

  

10. Collect inbound/outbound data and generate monthly report.

  

定期收集入库、出库的数据，提交月度库存报表。

  

11. Other duties assigned by logistics manager.

  

物流经理交办的其他任务。
