Objective of Job

* The accounting supervisor is responsible for OTC, Inventory, Fixed Assets management, he/she will be the leader of AR team and key contact with oversea SSC team in above function.

* This role will also support accounting process improvement or other cross function projects if any.

Brief Task Description

* Overall conduct, supervise daily operation in credit control, collection process, Inventory and Fixed Asset transaction, invoicing process; develop and deliver timely, accurate sales report, customer balance of credit, incentive, advance.

* Work with finance controlling in preparing AR aging reports with risk assessment.

* Responsible for yearly inventory and fixed asset count, report count result and take necessary actions to identified variance.

* Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders (accounting, controlling, sales function, operation, customers) to resolve issues impacting on the accounting efficiency.

* Coaching and Effective working arrangements, ensure to implement the accounting task within the reporting schedule;

* Being business partner, support system function, accounting/invoicing flow set up for new business requirement, review and update DTP accordingly.

* Ad-hoc projects assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor Degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance

Skills & Experience 

* More than 5 years working in finance department in related function, at least 1 year management experience. MNC experience is preferred;

* Familiar with PRC/FRS accounting standards, local VAT regulation and SAP system in FICO, FA, SD module and Microsoft office

* Good experience in organization and interpersonal skills (oral and written) good ability to communicate with cross-functional organization in a confident manner;

* Strong accountability as team player with a positive attitude and effective team management

* Detail oriented, commitment to excellence, ability to work independently and respect deadline.
