-出色的沟通和人际交往能力。

-愿意在高峰时段工作，包括早上，晚上，周末和节假日。

We are searching for a committed, proactive Assitant Manager who would enjoy work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will promote and grow the business, assist with hiring and training junior staff, and ensure that guests are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. You will also help to manage inventory and resources, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, and maximize customer satisfaction.

In order to succeed you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of the bar and restaurant, such as taking inventory and reordering supplies and setting goals.

- Assist with hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to guests.

- Enforcing pre-agreed quality and safety controls throughout the business.

- Assist with creating and maintaining cocktail and drinks lists.

- Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.

- Assist with planning and taking part in promotional events.

- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for guests.

Requirements:

- Bilingual. Ability to read, write and speak both English and Chinese.

- At least 2 years experience in a cocktail bar or restaurant (ideally, experience with both food and beverage) in a supervisory/senior role. 

- A strong base knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beer, wines and spirits with the desire to learn more.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work during peak hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Effectively delegate responsibilities to junior staff and maximize resources.

- Knowledge of local Shanghai health and food safety regulations.
