工作职能：

1.Support Manager to set up new Plant in Yan Zhou.

协助办理新工厂成立的具体事宜.

2.Support to do finance work.

协助处理工厂成立过程中及成立后的财务工作.

3.Support Plant Manager to do plant operations such as Finance, Admin, HR and so on.

工厂成立后,协助厂长处理财务,行政,人事等工厂管理工作.

4.Other work required by Company

公司要求的其他工作.

任职要求：

1.财务大专以上文凭.

2.有会计从业资格证.

3.至少1-3年工作经验, 有外资企业工作经历,熟悉财务系统者为佳.

4.良好的英语听、说、写能力。

5.较好的沟通能力，耐心细致的工作态度。

Minerals Inc. has a knack for developing industrial minerals and
chemicals for the paper, coatings, building materials, ceramic,
glass, polymer, and food industries.

Its primary product is precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC),which
brightens and whitens paper, teeth, and paint. In addition to the paper
industry, pharmaceutical companies also are big users of PCC (as a
buffering agent in tablets).

SMI operates 60 PCC plants in nearly 20 countries. Other mineral products made by SMI include quicklime,

limestone, and talc.

The sales growth rate on an average is about 20~30% for the past 5 years.

SMI will set up a new PCC plant in Yanzhou, Shandong, that is the main reason we have decided to search for Plant
Assistant there.
