In this role, you have the opportunity to

  

Join the rapidly developing health systems business and drive Change and build effectiveness. Performs, as a specialized worker, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and that require analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data. Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insights and experience for deviating situations. Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. Drafts limited improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting process activities.

  

 

  

You are responsible for

  

• Support operation process for regional solution deals and drive operation excellence, incl.

• Funnel Management

• Set up Funnel Management KPI, drive execution and discipline;

• Support SC & sales to review solution funnels;

• Prepare solution cadence with SC & RD;

• Consolidate solution forecast with Regional COP.

• Quotation and Contracting

• Consolidate OIT documents

• Validate quotation document according to approval matrix.

• Facilitate special approval process (PRB, legal, etc) with virtual team.

• Support bidding and contract finalization and approach virtual team for special approvals.

• Revenue Recognition

• Track implementation and update status with SC, PSD, and PM.

• Coordinate revenue forecast process

• Performance Verification and Recognition

• Official communication window for solution policy and process; coordinate alignment with related parties.

• Apply solution definition and logics into global and local systems, including CRM, Ecommercial, OOH, and performance reporting system. Work closely with Finance team to align local performance with global record.

   

  You are a part of

  Commercial Operation and Planning Team. Reporting to Commercial Policy & Analysis Senior Manager who base in shanghai.

   

   

  To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Strong data analytics capability.

• At least four years’ experience in finance analytics and customer database analytics, with strong business/marketing related mission

• Proven track record in generating insights from data to improve performances or processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with very strong Excel skills, experience using, Access, SQL, Tableau

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management

• Resolves disagreements and conflicts constructively, knows when to involve others

• Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team
