 Position Overview: 　 

 The equipment engineer is responsible for prober and tester trouble shooting, training MTs team for equipment sustaining, new product development, and continuous improvement.  

Responsibilities: 　 

 ? Manage Equipment to sustain smooth production, including Prober (TSK/TEL), Tester, Sorter, OM, Scrubber and etc.
? Perform new equipment and tooling installation and buyoff.
? Support line escalation for higher level equipment troubleshooting
? Documents preparation and training MTs for equipment sustaining
? New products development (tool design, recipe development …)  
? Spare parts control to ensure minimum stock and cost effective.
? Kick off innovation projects with functional team to improve production Quality, Cost and Delivery, especially for System Automation, MMR, 6S and Equipment KPI’ 

 Requirements:

? Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering and electrical engineering will be preferred.

? Preferable minimum 5 years working experience in TSK/TEL (Wafer Probing) equipment area.

? Excellent communication skill in Chinese/English.

? Good team work and constructive problem solving skills.
