工作内容：

1、负责全国媒体渠道拓展，媒体购买、与各媒体渠道建立长期良好的合作关系；

2、负责广电媒体框架合作谈判，媒体关系维护，日常媒体公关、维护，媒体数据分析运营；不断完善及开发优质媒体资源，建立完善的媒体资源库，及时了解更新各媒体政策。

3、负责新媒体、百度合作拓展，项目采购政策谈判及报价；包括移动互联网媒体的合作拓展，媒体采购，谈判及报价。

4、负责对媒介受众人群等进行分析和研究；整理、分析、评估媒体项目，提出可执行建议，完成投放效果评估。

任职要求：

1、三年以上广告公司媒介采购及媒体合作工作经验，有相关优势资源者优先考虑。

2、擅长商务、拓展，沟通及公关技巧强，较强的媒介谈判能力。

3、熟悉各类媒体，擅长媒介数据分析、消费者媒体偏好研究及市场信息研究，深厚的文字功底。

4、富有创新意识，对广告、媒体传媒敏感，有解决实际问题的能力，能独立统筹媒体项目广告投放全过程。

5、沟通及公关能力较强，性格外向，团队协作及责任意识高，能适应高强度快节奏工作。

6、具有强烈的进取心，精力充沛，身体健康，乐观豁达，富有开拓精神。
