职位信息

1.明星、媒体、渠道资源的对接及维护；

2.开拓、管理明星艺人、线上新媒体、KOL、平台等资源，不断完善公司明星艺人、新媒体资源库；

3、公司内部沟通，了解各部门对明星、媒体资源的需求，协助项目组完成明星、媒介策划案，排期，执行；

4、对明星、媒体、KOL采购、执行进行跟踪，能及时根据客户需求匹配对应渠道资源，并协调和解决客户与经纪公司、媒体方的需求；

5、根据项目需求进行明星、新媒体推荐、采买、比价 、议价，有效控制成本；

6、负责下单流程及采购合同的拟定，并确保合同有效执行，监督完成执行；

7、完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位需求

1、本科或以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；

2、擅长内外沟通，推进项目，目标感强，踏实细致，抗压能力强；

3、热爱和熟悉移动互联网、社交媒体，有明星艺人、互联网媒体、KOL资源，采购及谈判经验者优先；

4、有2-3年明星、新媒体策划或购买执行经验，有婚礼、彩妆等明星艺人、媒介资源优先；

5、具有较强采购谈判和议价能力

6、性格开朗，具有良好的沟通和协调能力，能够做好投放计划及管理，并与经纪公司、媒体沟通顺畅
